5th On The Park is a magnificent building, aesthetically pleasing, with wonderful apartments and terrific amenities. However, the lifestyle it offers its residents must also be enhanced by the level of security and service it provides. Like the finest of downtown buildings, it will have both a 24 hour concierge and a day and evening doorman. The concierge will be available to make theatre and dinner reservations and assist the owners with various other personal requirements, such as securing housekeepers and child-care providers, and door-to-door car service.
Beyond his security function, the doorman will assist residents with packages, luggage and similar needs. There will be a resident professional building manager and 7-day janitorial staff.
